By purchasing our Real Estate Buyer & Seller Lead Generation Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Description Our service provides buyer and seller leads tailored to your specified criteria. Leads are delivered via email and SMS based on your subscription package. This is a recurring monthly service with automated billing. 2. Payment & Subscription The subscription fee is billed monthly based on the selected package. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of lead performance or usage. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy. 3. Cancellation Policy To cancel your subscription, you must send a written cancellation request via email to sales@canadarealestateleads.ca at least 72 hours before the end of your current billing cycle. If a cancellation request is not received within this timeframe, the subscription will automatically renew, and the next month’s charge will apply. Cancellations are not processed retroactively. 4. No Refund Policy All purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for unused leads or mid-cycle cancellations. Once a payment is processed, the service for that billing cycle will continue until the end of the period. 5. Lead Quality & Delivery We strive to provide accurate and high-quality leads; however, lead conversion is not guaranteed. 6. Modifications to Service & Terms We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated on our website and will take effect immediately. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
